Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before your event.

We understand plans can change. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations made 30 or more days before your event will not owe the remaining balance. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial or full payment, depending on timing. We're happy to work with you on rescheduling when possible.

Our base package includes chocolate-dipped New York–style vanilla cheesecake on a stick, served fresh at your event for $29 per person, with a 50-guest minimum.

Yes! We're happy to coordinate directly with your venue or planner to make sure setup and timing fit seamlessly into your event.

We travel with our own dessert trailer, so we're fully self-contained. We'll need a parking/setup space of approximately 15 ft (to accommodate the trailer plus tongue length), ideally on a flat, accessible surface. Access to electricity is a nice bonus but not required — our trailer runs great on a generator. We'll confirm exact placement and any additional details once we know your venue and event specifics.

We generally arrive 30–45 minutes before service begins to ensure everything is ready when your guests arrive.

For corporate events, we offer custom branded stickers featuring your company logo, added to our thermal packaging. This option requires two weeks' notice and an additional fee.

Yes! Private and wedding events receive complimentary personalized black-and-white thermal stickers as part of your package.
