Booking & availability
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak event seasons like spring and fall. Popular dates fill up quickly, and we want to make sure we can accommodate yours. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon and we'll do our best to make it happen.
How do I check if my date is available?

The easiest way is to fill out our inquiry form with your event date and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours. You can also check our availability calendar on the website for a quick overview of open and booked dates.
What is your minimum guest count?

Our minimum is 50 guests. This ensures we can deliver the full Luxe experience — proper setup, live service, and beautiful presentation — in a way that's worth your investment and ours.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a deposit is required to hold your date. We'll go over deposit amount and payment terms during your consultation. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy will be outlined in your contract. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can do our best to work with you — whether that means rescheduling or finding a solution that works for both parties.
The experience
What exactly is included in the base package?

Your base package at $30 per person includes:
- Premium New York style vanilla cheesecake on a stick
- 2 chocolate dip selections
- 4 classic flavor combinations
- Toppings & drizzles
- Live on-site service from our luxury dessert trailer
- Full setup, service, breakdown & cleanup
- Personalized labels for private events & weddings
- Venue & planner coordination
How does the dipping experience work at my event?

We set up our luxury dessert trailer at your venue and your guests come to us. Each guest chooses from the selections you've made, and we hand-dip their cheesecake on a stick right there. It's a live, interactive moment — guests love watching the process, and it makes for incredible photos and memories.
How long does service typically last?

Service length depends on your guest count and event flow. We'll discuss the ideal service window during your consultation to make sure every guest is served without rushing. Typically we plan for a 1.5 to 2 hour service window for most events.
Can we have the add-ons as party favors to take home?

Absolutely! Our add-ons — signature cookies, brownie squares, brownie cheesecake squares, and cheesecake shooters — can be served fresh on-site or elegantly packaged as custom party favors for guests to take home. Send your guests home with something as beautiful as the event itself. Favor packaging can be personalized to match your event theme, color palette, or brand. Ask us about favor options during your consultation.
Flavors & customization
What is the difference between classic and premium combinations?

All combinations are built on our signature New York style vanilla cheesecake base — the difference is in the toppings. Classic combinations feature crowd-pleasing toppings like Oreo, graham cracker, and cookie butter. Premium combinations feature elevated ingredients like rich buttercream or premium nuts. Premium combinations are available for an additional $5 per person per selection.
Can I get flavored cheesecake — like strawberry or chocolate cheesecake?

Our cheesecake base is always our signature New York style vanilla — we've perfected this one recipe and it serves as the ideal canvas for every combination we offer. The incredible variety of flavors comes from your choice of chocolate dip, toppings, and drizzles — which means the possibilities are truly endless without ever changing the base.
How do I choose my combinations?

During your personal consultation we'll walk through all available chocolate dips, toppings, drizzles, and add-on flavor options together. You'll curate your event's menu from our full selection — and we'll make sure every combination is something your guests will love.
Can I request a topping that isn't on your list?

We love creativity! If you have a topping in mind that isn't on our standard list, bring it up during your consultation and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Some specialty or custom toppings may require a small additional fee and advance notice — but we'll always be upfront about that.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies during your consultation. While we do our best to accommodate needs, please be aware that our desserts are prepared in an environment that may contain common allergens including nuts, gluten, and dairy. We'll always be transparent about ingredients so your guests can make informed choices. Sorry, we do not offer gluten free cheesecake at this time. You can, however, provide a gluten free add-on option for guests with dietary restrictions or special needs if needed. This would be an additional cost, which we'd be happy to discuss during your consultation.
Logistics & planning
Where do you serve? Do you travel outside Clark County?

We serve all of Clark County including Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding areas. Travel outside Clark County is available for an additional fee — reach out and let us know your location and we'll work something out.
Do you coordinate with my venue or event planner?

Yes — we handle all coordination with your venue or event planner directly. Just connect us and we'll take care of the logistics. You shouldn't have to think about anything except enjoying your event.
What do you need from the venue?

We'll discuss venue requirements during your consultation based on your specific event and location. Generally we need adequate space for our trailer, access for setup, and confirmation of any venue restrictions in advance. We make it as easy as possible for your venue to work with us.
How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before service begins to ensure everything is set up, styled, and ready to go before your first guest arrives. We'll confirm exact timing with you and your venue in the lead-up to your event.
Corporate events & branding
What corporate branding options do you offer?

We offer a range of branded options for corporate events including:
- Custom chocolate dip colors matched to your brand palette, if available
- Logo stamping on chocolate
- Branded stickers and labels on all dessert packaging
- Event-specific combination naming
Do private events get personalized packaging too?

Yes — and it's complimentary! Private event and wedding packages include personalized black and white stickers on all dessert items featuring your names, date, or a custom message. Please provide your personalization details at least one week before your event. Color stickers and fully custom designed labels are available for an additional fee.
